FUNCTIONS:
1.1. Develops and edits programs on Visual Studio, ASPnet, C++, PHP, C Sharp, Python, Java platforms;
1.2. Defines the scope and content of these control examples, providing the most complete verification of the compliance of programs with their functional purpose;
1.3. Develops programs based on the analysis of mathematical models and algorithms for solving economic and other problems, providing the ability to perform the algorithm and, accordingly, the task set by computer technology, conducts their testing and debugging;
1.4. Develops instructions for working with programs, registration of the necessary technical documentation;
1.5. Develops technologies for solving problems at all stages of information processing;
1.6. Runs debugged programs and enters source data determined by the conditions of the tasks set;
1.7. Introduction, modification of the information system of the "National Educational Database" (NED): on the material and technical base of the university; basic information about the educational process; registration data; dormitories; educational institutions; contingent of students; staff, etc.;
1.8. Input, addition, systematization and information support of information in the database of the Unified Higher Education Management System (UES) information system;
1.9. Maintenance and information support of the PLATONUS information system;
1.10. Information support of the educational process, work with statistical reports for monitoring the educational process in the "on-line", "off-line" mode;
1.11. Maintenance with the EPVO system;
1.12. Updating the NED database.
TASKS:
1.1. Corrects the developed programs based on the analysis of the output data;
1.2. Develops and edits information and organizational sections for the E-Univer platform: the module "Rector's Blog", "KPI rating", "Rector's assignment", the module "Thesis", the module "Advanced training", the module "Dormitory", the module "Individual plan", the module "Class schedule";
1.3. Administers the platforms of AIS "Platonus": student and teacher service center), help with QR codes; designer of educational documents (diploma, transcript); editing of educational streams, IUP, schedules, Aero Exam proctoring (testing); orders;
1.4. Coordinates the work of electronic document management programs "Salem office", accounting department (1C integration), admissions committee, etc.;
1.5. Develops new programs necessary for the university;
1.6. Development and operation of the Automated Learning Management System (LMS) program ;
1.7. Development and operation of a database of scientific and practical works of university scientists;
1.8. Implementation of the teachers' personal work plan and creation of a monitoring program;
1.9. Updating the database of the Platonus information system;
1.10. Creation of an academic calendar for the Platonus information system;
1.11. Management of work curricula in the Platonus information system;
1.12. Management of the "Orders" module in the Platonus information system;
1.13. Management of the Aero Exam module in the Platonus information system;
1.14. Management of the module "ISP editing" in the Platonus information system;
1.15. Management of the module "BI analytics" in the Platonus information system;
1.16. Management of the "Workaround sheet" module in the Platonus information system;
1.17. Management of the "SC" module in the Platonus information system.
